Service Policy

• Payment - At this point in time, only checks are accepted; payable upon receiving invoice.
• Acceptable media - removable media up to 1 GB (1000 MB) in size. Current supported media include: Compact Flash (both CF Type I & II), Secure Digital (SD), Memory Stick, MultiMediaCard, SmartMedia, xD-Picture Card, USB portable flash drive, and CD-R / CD-RW.  DVDs cannot be accepted at this time since they can contain information totaling at least 4 GB in size.
• Data Recovery - 
• Recovery attempts will try to retrieve all files that are wholly recoverable from the media. This includes previously deleted files, "lost" or corrupted files, and in some cases from formatted media.
• Types of files that can be recovered include well-known, popular file formats of: digital photo and graphic images, MS Word / MS Office and other word processing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, video and music files, text files, and computer system related files.
• We cannot unlock encrypted or password protected files and partitions.
• No guarantee of recovery from physically damaged media.
• If no files can be recovered from the media, the only charge is for the return shipment of the media.
• Shipment - Return shipment of your original media and CD-R disk(s) of any recovered data will be via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (US Postal Service). Package tracking numbers will be used to check on the progress of delivery.

Privacy Policy

pjbSolutions collects and uses information you provide to us to process and complete your order for data recovery service. In the course of fulfilling this transaction, we work with some authorized service providers to provide check / credit card processing, and shipping services. These third party providers will have to process some of your personal information in order to complete your order. The privacy policies of these third party providers determine what happens to information when it is in their domain.

We at pjbSolutions respect your privacy and promise not to share, or otherwise distribute your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or other relevant information with any person or company outside our organization for subsequent use in activities other than what you have initiated in your order for data recovery service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and earning your trust.

However, pjbSolutions may be required to disclose your personal information if it: (i) believes it is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process (such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, etc.) or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; (ii) would potentially mitigate our liability in an actual or potential lawsuit; or (iii) is otherwise necessary to protect our rights or property.
